Shipping & Delivery Policy
Most orders are processed and delivered within approximately 10–20 working days. “Working days” do not include Sundays, public holidays, or days affected by major weather events such as tropical cyclone warnings or similar conditions. During peak periods, such as large promotions or special sales, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. We are unable to schedule specific delivery appointments, and once your order has been confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Several factors can affect how quickly your order arrives. Severe weather, high seasonal demand, or unexpected carrier delays may extend transit times. Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses can also prevent successful delivery. If any item in your order is temporarily unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss options, including cancellation or a refund when appropriate.
We currently provide free shipping on all orders, so there are no additional delivery fees. If the carrier is unable to complete delivery after two consecutive attempts and cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled automatically and your payment refunded to the original method of purchase.
To follow the progress of your shipment, please use our “Order Tracking” page. This tool provides updates on your package status and tracking details. We recommend checking this page regularly, especially if your order is taking longer than expected.
In some situations, we may be unable to ship your order. Common reasons include items going out of stock during processing, shipping restrictions for certain remote locations, or orders addressed to PO Boxes, which our carriers cannot deliver to. Issues with your payment method may also delay or temporarily place your shipment on hold until resolved.
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service team right away at sargis2129@yahoo.com. We will walk you through returning the item and obtaining a full refund. If you received the wrong size or variant, you can return it and place a new order for the item you prefer.
