Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within this period. To qualify, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice, is required to process your return.

After we review and approve your request, we will send you a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions on how and where to ship the item. Returns sent back without prior approval or without following the provided instructions may not be accepted. If you have questions at any stage, our team is happy to assist at the same email address.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If a product is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, contact us immediately so we can investigate and provide a solution. Depending on the situation, we may arrange a replacement, issue a refund, or offer another appropriate remedy.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature. If you are unsure whether a particular item can be returned, we recommend contacting us before sending it back so that you know your options in advance.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, the quickest method is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you prefer. This helps avoid confusion and speeds up the process.

For customers located in the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may cancel or return items without providing a reason, as long as they are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within about 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
